QPEG (Version 1.5e, 7/18/94) is a fast JPEG viewer for MS-DOS.  The program will allow you to view the many images that we have available in the Sightings libraries. It requires that you have VGA graphics and 80386 or better. An UnZIPing program for decompression of the file after downloading is also needed. 

To install, enter: INSTALL

To run (after installation), enter: QPEG
